Corruption at the Bureau of Customs, Department of Finance

In the past, we rooted for the government to come clean with the then prevailing situation at the bureau where the smuggling syndicates are lording over everything taking place in that area. The syndicate dictates upon the government not to install CCTV cameras, to deliberately sabotage the effectivity of the E2M process, not to use radio net inside the bureau of customs and to refrain from all other activities that will in any way inhibit, constrict, fend off, repel, thwart, stop, prevent or in any way lessen the power and intensity of the syndicate operations at all the Philippine ports (airport, maritime port, etc.)

download (49)Recently, the newly appointed Commissioner at the Bureau of Customs was subjected to massive smear campaign, its main attacker being the man who was in the company of noynoy in the car that was shot full of holes by military rebels in the 1989 coup d’etat. A young female died in in the company of the pretending to be macho transsexual in that incident. The bruja in Malacanang sitting as fake president trusts this attacker for he was the one that saved the biggest drug laboratory from being discovered in Southern Luzon in May 2010, one day prior to the elections. This attacker, was the Southern Luzon Command chief at the time and his promised thousand troops that will encircle the target drug factory did not arrive.

download (50)The attacker was in cahoots with the drug syndicate. One of the confirmed leaders of the drug syndicate, Rafael Nantes, who used to be the Governor of Quezon Province, 17 days following the date was killed in a suspicious helicopter crash.

What makes the incident dubious is that according to Philippine Air Force accident investigation experts, no helicopter will explode if it crashes from a height of between 50 up to 1,000 feet or slightly higher.
Nantes before his alleged death, was the National Treasurer of the Liberal Party. But he was also the main man of a major Asian drug trafficking syndicate in the Philippines.

In the island that was raided by government, Nantes’ group allegedly manufactured the highly illegal, prohibited dangerous substance called Shabu in quantities of 3 to 4 tons per one cooking session.  According to the informants, the Nantes Quezon Province laboratory cooked Shabu 3 to 4 times every year, with the Chinese chemists and experts being transported to the site by helicopters.

After the manufacturing was completed, the output Shabu was classified into three: Class A – distributed locally and exported to many countries. Class B – distributed through the local Muslims’ drug trafficking networks, among others.  Class C – given to the police and military to sell for money to satisfy their own pleasures.

The killer chopper that supposedly killed Nantes and several others, hit the palms of a coconut tree and purportedly crashed from a height of just around 50 feet from the ground. The chopper exploded on impact.

A syndicate that dictates upon the Philippine Government what to do, a drug lord sycophant who is now wreaking havoc inside the Bureau of Customs, elements of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, especially those from its intelligence arm, that are being misused and exploited by the drug lord sycophant to destroy the reputations of the newly installed officials at the Bureau – many things have gone haywire in the administration of the fake president.

In effect this situation portrays a government that lost  its integrity. The members of the nuclear and the branches of the family of the fake figurehead sitting by the Pasig River, expect a direct regular take from this syndicate and are themselves deeply enmeshed with the activities of the syndicate.

They meet in a posh country club in Mandaluyong and similar exclusive members only venues. The corrupt family and their government quislings plan, formulate commands, orders, instructions, that are executed by their trusted jesters, bootlickers, assassins, killers, thieves, in the executive, in Congress and Senate.

Everyone comes out with fat paychecks and the corrupt family deposits its loot in many safe havens all around the world – some converted into other forms of valuables to avoid detection. Because of the sponsorship by the global financial elite of the corrupt first family, no one wishes to go against them as they are incredible well protected.

The Transparency International Stiftung e.v. based in Germany has shown that it is even bootlicking the corrupt family and the evil Philippine regime. It has been fairly recently releasing praises about the insatiable demonic regime that is slowly killing many Filipino people and robbing the entire country of much of its wealth.

The PAMUSA – Philippine Anticorruption Movement USA, Inc. is proudly saying it has helped put Senators Juan Ponce Enrile, Ramon Revilla Jr., Jose Pimentel Ejercito (Jinggoy) in jail and since 2014 has been taking serious potshots against the fake vice president Jejomar C. Binay, but is endorsing the main man of the Liberal Party – Manuel Araneta Quezon III @Mar Roxas.

Everything must start to change and it is up to the people to take up the cudgels for those that fought for this country’s liberation from the demonic foreigners and local oppressors of the past.

Rise up brothers and sisters and let us shake off our chains. We deserve a better country than this!!! The diseased in the heart, mind and soul oppressive regime and their international, global backers have not seen death yet. They will see more than that.

An Eye-Opener Letter to Secretary General Ban Ki Moon UN

Open Letter to the United Nations

November 21, 2013

HIS EXCELLENCY
BAN KI MOON
Secretary General
The United Nations
UN Headquarters
First Avenue at 46th Street
New York, NY 10017
USA

Dearest Secretary General Ban:

Our warmest greetings!

Kindly please understand, I had seriously debated on whether to send this communication to you or not. I decided on going through with it since I believe that the result would turn out for the better. Nothing that transpired in the past has diminished nor degraded my respect and love for the UN. I have no intention in demeaning anyone’s position or creating anything negative between myself, my group and the UN even if that can’t be helped, but this has to be done, and I shall humbly embrace the consequences of my act.

After tropical cyclone Haiyan aka Yolanda, not a surprising lot of relief organizations are now helping in Tacloban, in the towns of Leyte, Samar, Cebu, Bohol, Capiz, Aklan, even parts of Mindanao. Entire states committed volumes of resources to come to the aid of the Philippines. As published in the media, the Philippine Government stated that the affected areas include nine (9) Regions in the entire archipelago that consists of seventeen (17) Regions, with three (3) Regions being small and newly created divisions that were fairly recently separated by Special Law (CAR, ARMM and Caraga). It is presumed that all of these relief organizations and representatives of their own countries are operating out of the goodness of heart and the desire to be of sincere help to the people of Tacloban City, the municipalities of Leyte, Samar, Cebu, Bohol, Capiz, Aklan, portions of Mindanao. Although some are at a loss to convince others of their intentions: “just wait… in due time we are convince you of our legitimaty.”

Some of these relief organizations are part and parcel of the United Nations organization. Be that as it may, most or all of these organizations anyway, under the principle that all states are municipalities embraced by the founding charter of League of Nations that is now the United Nations, are governed under the auspices of the august body that you head. The people of Tacloban City and the rest of the areas affected by the tropical cyclone Haiyan aka Yolanda, are grateful for all of the help of the UN, the honorable member states under it and the public sector as well as private relief groups that are now helping. More > >
